Description
Find the right candidates already living in the right area with the vicinity search. The vicinity search is built into the matching tool. Just select a city or a ZIP code, choose the appropriate radius and all candidates within that radius will pop up in your search. Click the map symbol in the top right corner to visually search the vicinity.
Customer experience
One of our larger customers, wanted us to help them find employees for a new plant they were building in rural Georgia. From our experience we know that depending on the level of the position, not every candidate would be willing to relocate. The vicinity search helped us save time by talking to the candidates more likely to be interested in the job. And time was of utter importance to our customer as they were eager to get the production going.
